🌸 Summer Solstice Thread and Flame Retreat 🌸
For women to reconnect with their unique creative rhythm and to move into the second half of the year with newfound clarity and self trust..
Sarah is a former astrophysicist, meteorologist, and winning ultra-runner, who now lives, works, and writes from a beautiful off-grid narrowboat based on the inland waterways of England and Wales.
She’s a coach to mission driven introverted women, helping them to live and lead from a place of powerful, embodied presence, so they can create the life and legacy they deeply long for. You can contact her via her website:
🌸 You’re Invited! 🌸
So many of us live and work within the expectation that we should be constantly productive, constantly visible and constantly moving forward.
Energy wise this is like asking ourselves to live a permanent summer.
And while growth and productivity have their place, they are only one part of any natural cycle. There also need to be times for reflection, integration, rest and renewal. These are an essential part of how anything sustainable is created.
In this retreat we are going to explore our natural cycles of creativity.
Because when we begin to recognise and honour our full creative rhythm, everything changes.
Our energy becomes more stable.
Our decisions become clearer.
Our work becomes more aligned.
This Summer Solstice's Thread and Flame Retreat is for women women who want to reconnect with their natural creative rhythm, name their sacred gifts, and move into the second half of the year with clarity and self trust.
This is not about setting more goals, because there is another way:
One that begins with understanding your rhythm,
then allowing it to shape what comes next.
Throughout the retreat, we will explore our unique rhythms and how our energy naturally ebbs and flows throughout the year.
We will reflect on when we feel most creative, most expansive, and most in flow, as well as when we need more space for rest, integration, and reflection.
We will explore how these rhythms mirror the cycles found in nature itself. The seasons of growth, harvest, stillness, and renewal that all living systems move through naturally.
We’ll each name and claim some of our sacred gifts - the qualities, capacities, and ways of seeing that come most naturally to you. The things that can be overlooked precisely because they feel so familiar.
From there, we will turn toward what you want to create over the rest of the year. Not simply in terms of goals or outcomes, but in terms of who you are becoming, what matters most to you now, and how you want to move through the world in the months ahead.
The retreat is a women only event and is FREE to all paid subscribers
If you’d like to join us, I invite you to upgrade your subscription - whether that’s just for this month or longer is up to you.

🌸 What You’ll Need
A quiet space where you can reflect without interruption
A candle to bring living light your space
A notebook for reflection
A few sheets of blank paper - for any extra notes
Pens, colours, or anything that helps you express your ideas visually
A blank wheel of the year template (see below for an example). This is simply a circle divided into twelve segments - you could copy and print this one or simply use a round plate to create an outline on a piece of A4 paper, then use a ruler to mark out the segments
You’ll be writing and drawing/doodling both inside and around the wheel so you really need it to be 20cm in diameter (or bigger!).
You might also like to bring an object to represent the season ahead. You could place it beside your candle to create a small altar, as a focus during the retreat.
My intention is that the retreat will offer you a clearer understanding of how you work best, a greater trust in your own rhythm and thinking and a more grounded sense of how you want to be over the second half of the year.
I’m so looking forward to being with you in this retreat.
With love, Sarah xox
ps Ask away if you have any questions about the retreat, and I’ll reply as soon as I can.
